Hold L1 + R1 + TRIANGLE + SQAURE + CIRCLE + X, then press START during gameplay to unlock the Invulnerabilty and Level Warp menu.

Level-Up/Money
Hold L1 + R1 + TRIANGLE + SQAURE + CIRCLE + X during gameplay, then press L2.
