Dune - Beat the score of 25 at the Dirt Ring.
FCR-900 - Get all silver awards in bike school.
Freeway - Get all bronze awards in bike school.
HotKnife - Get all gold awards in driving school.
JetMax - Get all gold awards in boat school.
Marquis - Get all bronze awards in boat school.
Monster Car - Win it by beating 8-track.
NRG-500 - Get all gold awards at Bike school.
Rustler - Get all bronze awards in pilot school.

Mission Rewards
Fireproof CJ - Complete all 12 levels of the firetruck missions.
Nitro Boosts for All Taxis and Cabbies - Complete 50 fares.
Get RS Haul as an Asset Property - Complete level 8 of the trucking missions.
Maximum Armor Boosted to 150 - Complete level 12 of the vigilante missions.
Earn Money from Prositutes - Complete level 10 of the pimping missions.
Increase Maximum Health to 150 - Complete all 12 levels in the Ambulance mission.
Easy pilot license
Hop the fence to the Los Santos airport by standing on a parked car, hop in the SHAMAL, and keep flying it for about 25 minutes. In the upper right hand corner of the screen, it will say to keep practicing to obtain a pilot's license. Fly for about 10 minutes more, and you will obtain a pilot's license and have access to all airports!

Find AT-400
In Las Venturas Airport there is a very large, lone hanger at one end of the main runway. If you walk up to it it opens top to bottem. At certian times of the day an AT-400 (747) will spawn inside this hanger. Its difficult getting it out undamaged, but you can reach max height with it, plus you fly so high that flying over area-69 wont get you a wanted level. A must for the skydiver.

Upgrade Weapon Skills Quickly
Take the gun you want to be upgraded and aim it at a tire of any vechicle. Then just keep firing and your skill builds up quick.

Prevent Territory Takeovers
To stop a rival gang from taking your Territories, go to a safe house and save when ever the message "your area is under attack" appears on the screen. This will stop the attack and you get to keep you area.

Skip Songs on Radio
You can skip songs on the radio. Change to another station, then change back to the station playing the song you hate. As soon as the text at the top of the screen saying the name of the station turns yellow, before the station starts to play, change the station again. Change back to the original station, and it will have skipped whatever song it was playing.

Quickly Refill Nitro
Whenever your nitro runs out, leave your vechicle and get back in. Your nitro will be replenished and you won't have to wait two minutes for it to refill.

Go to Other Cities Early Wanted Levels
Get any car and drive to the border between the locked and unlocked area. The locked area is the big region shaded in blue. Do not cross the border yet. Wait until you see a cop, or shoot a pedestrian or something to get 1 star. With this one star, drive over the border and drive around the city for a bit. You will not have a 4 star wanted level. After this, just kill yourself and you will be at the hospital. After you are out, you can roam around the city with no wanted level.

Two Player Mode
Successfully complete the Burning Desire mission where you rescue Denise. A red two player free roam icon will now appear on Denise's porch near the door. The icon will appear there when she is home and will go on a date. Stand on the icon and press Start on controller two to activate the icon. Note: If both enter a car, the passenger will have free aim with a machine gun.
