Attention PlayStation 2 bargain hunters: Circuit City outlets are retailing Beyond Good and Evil, one of the most critically acclaimed titles of 2003, for $9.99. The title is already out of stock on the website, and supply at retailers is rapidly decreasing.

Circuit City has not released an official statement that divulges the motives of the considerable price cut. Beyond Good and Evil muses the adventures of Jade, a young woman for a planet named Hyllis becoming involved in a plot to uncover a conspiracy within the planet's government that is tied to attacks on the planet by an alien force; it won numerous awards at the end of 2003.
