Unlock Dante or Lucia Must Die Mode
Beat the game once on "hard" difficultly using the character of your choice to unlock Dante's or Lucia's "Must Die Mode".

Play as Trish
Finish the game once using Dante. The difficultly must be set to "hard".

New Costumes
Beat the game on any difficulty to unlock Dante's first costume. Then finish the game on Dante Must Die Mode to get his second costume.

To get new outfits for Lucia, beat the game on any difficulty for the first outfit, then play through the game on hard using Lucia for the second one. To get her last outfit, finish the game using the Lucia Must Die Mode.
