Level One Soviet Domination

Manhattan: Invasion
After the scene ends, head to the room to your right before the helicopter shows up at the window. When it does, it starts firing and nailing you with a heavy barrage of bullets. Make your way in to the room on the left before that happens and take a look at the poster on the wall. Doesn't that bald fellow look a little familiar? A hitman of some sorts? Continue through the kitchen and out in the hallway where you will see a line of people facing the wall and one Russian soldier yelling at them to the left. Club him over the head with your pipe and a fellow named Mr. Jones will tell you to follow him. Do so and he will open the door at the end of the hall and pop a cap into a Russian standing there. Keep following him up the ledge and you will pick up the gun from the dead soldier. Keep climbing up and start shooting the Russians guarding the helicopter as it flies away with your brother onboard. When the soldiers are dead, grab their guns and continue to follow Mr. Jones through a gate and down a ramp. Since this is mainly just a tutorial mission there really isn't any tough enemies or obstacles.

He will tell you to shoot the fuel barrels below to take out the crowd of soldiers. Do so and make your way down there to grab their guns. When you hit the bottom of the area where they were, you will get nailed by an explosion. Grab the health kits behind the ambulance and use it. Grab the other one and then follow Mr. Jones out onto the street and up the side street on the left. Keep running down the street until you come to the wounded soldier on the right side of the street. Heal him with the extra health kit and then he will lead you guys into the apartment building.

Head up the stairs and make a right to the end of the hall where the door opens and there is a Molotof cocktail on the ground. Pick it up and hop out the door way. Start chucking the fire bombs to the left of the doorway where there are two soldiers by some crates. When they are dead, hop down and around the left hand corner will be two more soldiers behind a truck. Take them all out as you grab their weapons afterwards and continue down the alleyway taking a right at the end to the manhole. Open it up and you are taken to the rebel base.

Brooklyn: Rebel Base
Take a few steps forward and Mr. Jones will be there to explain to you that this is where they hang out and keep supplies. Also on the table is a map of the area above which includes the police station, post office and gas station. Look at each area and Jones will tell you what you need to do at each area. The main objective is to rescue Isabella from the police station and raise the flag to let the troops know that you have succeeded. The police are pinned down by the station by some snipers on top of the gas station that you will need to take out first. Go to the police station first.

Brooklyn: Police Station
Head down the alley and make a left and then a right down the next street. Run up to the police who are pinned down behind a flipped over truck. Talk to the police man standing there facing your direction and he will tell you to grab the c4 off the ground beside you and head back to the sewer to get to the gas station to blow the tanks. Head back to the sewer but watch where you run. When heading to the police that are pinned down and when running away from them, keep the Flipped truck between you and the snipers. If you go beside it, the snipers will kill you in one shot. Enter the sewer and pick another location. Pick the Post office.

Brooklyn: Post Office
Head around the corner in the alley way and there will be a kid tagging the wall to talk to. He will congratulate you on having the c4 and tell you that all you have to do is get to the gas station. Continue past him and make a left turn around the corner. At the far end will be two Russian soldiers to deal with. Take them out and grab their assault rifles. If you make your way down the left alley way, there is a freedom fighter guarding a door but won't let you in until Isabella is free. Forget him and continue going the way you were. Use the pipe wrench to open the manhole cover and save your game if you so choose. Make a right around the corner in to the gas station and run over to the large fuel tanks at the far side. There are two of them and it doesn't matter which one you choose to blow up because they will both go. After you set the c4, high tail it back around the corner and the tanks will blow up killing the snipers. Head back down in the sewers and make your way back to the police station were the cops were pinned down.

Brooklyn: Police Station
Make your way back down the street to where the cops were pinned down and the only cop left there I the one you talked to previously. He thanks you and says if you want to proceed to the station than to use the subway tunnel. Make your way around the truck and the entrance to the tunnel is on the left side of the street. There are more than a few soldiers along in the tunnel, so try and lure the first few out by letting them see you and running back a bit. Also while they gather at the bottom of the stairs, tossing a Molotov cocktail down on them is a good idea as well. Make your way down the stairs and clear the tunnel out of the soldiers along the way. There are also two health packs near the middle of the tunnel. Head up the stair on the far side and talk to the police officer there.

He will tell you to stay low and to enter the parking garage to the left of the police station. Walk across the street and stay hidden behind the blue police car and then the short wall that will take you to the open door on the left side. Follow the hallway to the parking garage and take out the 5 soldiers in here. Also grab the health pack behind the ambulance. Enter the open door on the right wall and follow the hallway to an open room with a shelf on the left and a staircase on the right. Grab the health and shotgun if you choose from behind the shelf and watch out as the guards at the top of the stairs move around a lot and will come down the stairs eventually. Make your way up the stairs and take out the soldiers there.

Forget the guards at the front of the building through the door because they just keep on coming. Head up the stairs on the left and go up to the next hallway. Go right and around the corner to another set of stairs. Go up another floor and make a left down the hallway. Take out the soldiers along the way that are stupid enough to try and stop you. When you reach the second hallway on your right, make you way down it to the end and you will hear Isabella say "over here". Take out the guards in the last room and talk to Isabella to rescue here. When she is free, head through the window beside her and make a right up the roof top. Make your way over to the flag pole on the left and hang your flag to end the mission.

Brooklyn: Rebel Base
Isabella is free but the post office is still under soviet control. Take the sewer to the manhole entrance next to the Gas Station and Isabella will lead you from there.

Brooklyn: Post Office
Now that you have Isabella rescued you can enter the safe house you were at earlier where the freedom fighter wouldn't allow you to enter just before the Gas Station. When you are inside, follow Isabella upstairs while she explains about the post office and your recruitments. Grab the two recruitments from the room and make your way back down the stairs out into the open area. Send the recruits into battle to take out group of Russians. When they are dead, call them back and head up the ramp of the container that was just ahead of where you entered from. Look to the right and there will be a lot more soldiers hiding behind stuff. Send your recruits in after them and take out as many soldiers as you can while they run around killing them.

When no more soldiers are kicking, head around the right side of the post office and there will be a crap load more soldiers in this area. Be careful of the fuel canisters that are scattered all over this area. Continue around the corner of the building, taking out all the soldiers you come across and then head in to the doorway on the left. In here will be a few enemies and a lot of health packs. Take everyone out and grab the health. Head through the door on the right wall of this room and make your way up the stairs to find your brother and more soldiers. Kill everyone that moves and make your way up the next flight of stairs to the rooftop. Again, kill all the soldiers here and then hoist the flag to complete the mission.

Level Two
In a New York Minute
This level is a lot larger and the missions are longer than the previous levels. You have three areas to explore here, the harbor, the hotel and the fire station. You are going to want to start with the hotel mission first.

Brooklyn: Hotel As you crawl out of the sewer there are two recruits to the left (south) of you and many more ahead of you in the large lot with the cars and trucks. Grab two to follow you and prepare for the fire fight with the Soviets just ahead of you. Don't go to far ahead to the street since they have machine gun stands over there that will cut you to ribbons. On the right side (south) of the area just before the street is an alley way that you can slip down. Do so and climb up on to a dumpster and make your way right into the window to enter the building. Take out the few soldiers in side and make your way down the hallway to the right.

Go to the first door on your left and at the top of the stairs will be another recruit if you happened to have lost one. Head all the way down the stairs and out the front door and across the street to another building. Climb up the stairs and take out the soldiers by the windows. Head out the hole in the right wall and there is a sewer cover there that you can save at to the right, beside two wounded soldiers and a kid. Across the street is the diner and there is a lot of health, ammo, grenades and c4 inside. Take out the gaggle of soldiers guarding the front of it by lobbing a grenade or two at the group. Head on down there to clean up the leftovers and head into the diner to grab the goods. Exit the diner through the back door which will take your own the alleyway between the diner and another building. Pass the fence on your left and continue to the end and go around the corner and up the stairs. Some guards will hop down from over the wall for you to kill.

Do so and hop over the wall yourself and walk to the fenced in area. Open the gate and go inside to talk to the prisoners. They will now follow you to the sewer so that they can escape. Hop back over the wall and run your ass off to the manhole across the street at the end of the alley. Drop off the prisoners and then start your way up the street going right. Take out the soldiers that have gathered there and make your way around the corner. Continue your way down the street until you reach another alley way on your right. Turn down it and there will be another manhole cover on the ground. Have your recruits cover you as you open it and save. Hop up the dumpster at the rear of the building and enter the hole in the wall.

Take out the soldiers in this room and pick up the sniper rifle. Take out the soldiers operating the machine gun turrents and the soldiers in the towers. When you pop them, head all the way back down to the street and continue past the green towers and enter the hotel on your right. Inside the hotel lobby, there is a room around the corner on the right with about 5 soldiers that will run out at you. Kill them and make your way up the staircase in the center of the room. Make you way to the left since there are a lot of guards on the right waiting for you. Follow the hallways around to the left and through the doorway to the large room. Walk through the opening on the right to get outside and hoist the flag there. This will end this mission

Brooklyn: Harbor
This is another long mission that requires you to go from one end to the other with an onslaught of soldiers that keep being replenished in the middle. Definitely not a fun mission. When you start there are a bunch of recruits around you ready to go. I picked the farthest one in the corner who happened to be a girl because she had some health packs beside her. Grab the next person after her and you will notice a slight path in between the broken walls that will allow you to pass through to an arched piece of debris that you can follow around and to a doorway on the left. Follow this passage and you will come across two guards and a set of stairs at the end. Go on up and grab all the goods from the office on the right. When you're done, hop out the window down the hall and the helicopter pad will be to your right.

Drop down against the left side wall of the main building and there is a sewer cover there to save. When you are ready, take a few steps and use a box to hop over the wall on the right and start kicking everyone's ass that is hiding in and around the large metal crates. When the coast is clear enough, get to the helicopter and drop the c4 that you picked up from the diner in the previous mission. When the chopper blows, you should get another slot for another recruit. Make your way forward south of the helipad and around the building to square off against even more soldiers. Watch for some sneaky buggers in the windows up high on the left side as you run back to the beginning where you started. Head down the alley that is to the right of the kid near another recruit at the beginning of the mission. Halfway down the alley is another sewer cover for you to save at. Do so and make a left around the corner to where you see an orange car. Grab a hold of the machine gun stand in the center of the area and start mowing down the Russians at the far end.

There are quite a few of them and the armored trucks keep driving back and forth to drop off more and more soldiers. Head in the doorway on the left side of the building and follow the hallway to a winding set of stairs. Follow it up until you reach the next floor. You can follow the hallway down to an open room with a wounded man and help him to grab yourself some extra charisma, or you can just walk down the hallway to the right and take out the sniper at the end of the hallway at the window. Her you can hop out the window from the hallway on the left and kill the soldier to the right of you. Follow the catwalk down to the ground. From up here try to kill as many more soldiers as you can. Now comes the tricky part. You need to move you and your squad forward while the truck drops off more and more troops. Clear out each middle section and use the stationary gun on the last one to cut up the remaining soldier before the fence. Clear out the bunker on the left and the top of the green structure on the right. Also be careful the armored truck doesn't run you over while you are making your way forward. Head through the open gate on the right and clear out the few soldiers here.

Go left to the alley there and you will run into some of your freedom fighter helping to clear out the alley of Russians. If you need a recruit, grab one here as well as saving your game at the sewer cover on the right side of the passage. When you have it saved, time to head into the warehouse and grab that flag. Make your way back into the main area and enter the small doorway on the left side. Follow it through a room and another small doorway to a large room with some command structures set up. Head for the right side of the room and make your way up the ramp as you smoke all the Russians in here. When you get to the top of the ramp, hang a right and then a left which will lead to a medium sized room and then to a larger room. Go right and then left across the bridge and down the ramp on the other side.

Run to the far side of the room watching out for snipers and Russians that are lurking around in here behind the boxes. Exit through the small door way in the far right corner and it will lead to an out door area with even more boxes and crates. Head directly right when you get outside and make our way up the ramp into the building. If you like, before you do that, you can hop up on the stack of boxes across from where you exit the warehouse building and take out most of the Russians in this area. Head up the ramp into the building on the right and follow the metal ramp inside up to a catwalk where a sniper is positioned. Take him out and continue along the catwalk and up another ramp to the roof. Kill the last Russian here on the roof and hoist the flag at the pole.

Brooklyn: Fire Station
Now that the easy missions are over with, it's time for the more difficult one. Grab a recruit in the corner to the left of where you start. Next, head inside the garage to grab two more recruits and to fix a wounded soldier. From there move through the office and take out the soldiers that come to greet you. Some will come from the door to the right and rear and some will just be on the street. At the right of the area, hop over the wall and run up the ramp to the green stack of containers in front of you to take out the soldier there and to use the stationary gun to mow down everyone else further down the street. When nothing is moving send you team down to clean it up. Make sure you are going straight and not to the left. You will be turning down the second street on the left when the bunkers along the side of the road have been cleared out.

When you have gotten rid of the Russians hiding out, turn left down the street and you will see a small battle take place. Stick to the right side of the road and turn down the alley way there that you come to. You can grab some more weapons and health here and a new recruit if you happen to let one die. To be a little sneaky, leave a squad member or two here for a little bit. Now you are heading towards a fun battle. Sneak down to the end of the street and take out the guards at the far right in the corner. When they are dead, go up the small steps to the building in front of you and make a right turn down the hallway to take out two more guards. Grab the health packs there and then make your way make down the hall to make another right and clear out the guys along the walkway. When you reach the end, make a left and walk up the ramp to the machine gunner and kill him.

Make your way back down and call in the squad members that you left in the alley. Step out around green structure and start killing some baddies. Stick to the right side of the road until you come to the last building that has a destroyed wall. Hop on up the debris climbing up to the opening. Walk inside and kill the two snipers inside. Everyone should be dead by now and you can make your way to the broken bridge. Make a left right before you get to it and talk to the kid there. When you are done talking, make another left and you will run into a bunch of freedom fighters hanging around a sewer entrance. Save your game and make your way back to the broken bridge. Head straight to the small building on the right of the bridge (south) and enter through the door. Follow the stairs down and around and kill the soldiers along the way. When you reach the bottom room, a guard or two will stroll in for you to kill. Oblige him and head out side. Make your way to the left and watch out for the far train tracks.

A train will sneak up on you every once in a while and run you over if you aren't careful. Since you blew up the helicopter in the first mission, it won't be here to pester you as you make your way along here. If you did this mission first, the chopper would be buzzing around making life difficult for you. Keep heading left past the first destroyed bridge and eventually you will come to a very beaten up column that is holding the second bridge up. At about this time a crap load of Soviets will run out at you also. Kill them and then place the c4 that you got from the diner on the column. Run away and it will blow up causing the bridge to collapse. Make your way past the collapsed bridge and over to the active train tracks to where there is a box that you can climb up on. There is also an open train car on the other set of track across from this box that you can jump into to grab some health. Hop up the box, climb up the wall and then up the sloped ground. Hop over the wall and to the right will lead to an alley which leads to the street and to the right leads to some freedom fighters standing around a fire.

To the left of them is a sewer cover for you to save at. Make your way back down the walkway to where you jumped over the wall and down the alley to the right. Follow it and you will make another right to go past two more recruits. Make a left around the corner and you will start running into resistance here on out as you reach the street. This is another pretty intense gun battle and there really isn't any fancy trick to it other than killing those machine gunners as fast as you can. Continue making your way to the right (south) down the street. When you have the first rush of attackers that come from behind the barricades beaten, around the large green structure on the other side will be the fire hall to the left. There will be some ruffians and trouble makers on the roof shooting at you so get inside as fast as you can. Make your way to the right and up the stairs and through the cafeteria until you finally reach the roof. There are quite a few Soviets up here to deal a beating to so get to it. When you have killed them all, hoist the flag and do a jig.

Level Three
Breaking Free!
Like the previous level, this level has a few large areas to battle the Soviets over and it sure isn't going to be a walk in the park. As you may notice, each time you come to the rebel base there are more and more people camped out along the far ledges as the freedom fighter resistance grows. Just an interesting thing to notice.

Manhattan: Movie Theatre
Make your way up the street and grab the recruits on the right side of the street to add to your squad. At the end of the street, there will be a few soldiers lurking around to put up a fight but nothing you can't handle. Make a left and head up the stairs on the far wall and enter the park area. Make your way all the way to the north wall and creep along the wall going west until you are in throwing range of the machine gun stand that will be in front of you. Toss a few grenades in there and then rush forward hopping over the wall and kill the remaining soldiers. From here make your way (south) across to the far side of the park to the small opening on the fence beside where the spot light is shining. Make your way through there and head to the right (west) where you will see some more recruits standing around a sewer cover and a fire. Open it up and save your game here.

Grab some more recruits if you like and instead of heading down the alley to the right of the building, you can enter the open doorway to the right of where the recruits are standing. Follow the hallway through the building and down the stairs and take out the small resistance you will come across. When you reach the exit, there will be a soldier across the street in another doorway. Kill him and then exit to the street and go left (west) to the manhole cover on the far side of the street. Save your game and then head inside the doorway where the soldier was standing that you should have already killed. Make your way up the stairs and you will eventually come to a room on the left with more freedom fighters. Also inside here is a sniper rifle and some health packs.

Leave the room and head up the stairs some more until you reach the roof. When you walk outside a soldier will be right in front of you. Take him out and the Soviet around the corner. Get your team to guard here while you run back down to the room with the fighters and grab the sniper rifle. Head back up and leave your team where they are. Go to the edge of the roof where you can see the helipad to your left and a catwalk/fire escape leading down to the open area below. Start sniping everyone in sight. When you get spotted send down your team to clear the rest of the guys out while you continue to snipe. When everything is quiet, go down the fire escape stairwell and up to the helicopter. Set up the c4 and watch that baby blow sky high. It's good knowing that you have destroyed a helicopter since that means it won't be showing up later to cause trouble.

Now you may want to switch your weapon back to an assault rifle. Make your way to the north most wall and you will see an open door down a small set of stairs that leads to a parking garage on the right (east). Kill the few soldiers in here and make your way around the corner and to left and to the far end to run into more Freedom Fighters and a sewer cover. Make your way back out the entrance to the underground parking garage at the far end tat will take you to the street. This next part can be a very long and drawn out battle especially with the damn personnel truck dropping off more and more soldiers. Make your way out of the parking garage and kill the few soldiers in front of it. Make a left down the street and kill the sniper there. Pick up his rifle and snipe the guys in the green towers farther down the road. Next you can start moving down the street but do not stand in the middle of the road and do not go past the street that is to the left where green tower is located.

There is a machine gunner there that will tear you to piece quite quickly. Kill all the guys that come at you and then run past the side street on the left and hide behind the building there. From here you have a better angle to see the stationary machine gunner and can either take him out by shooting or grenade him. When he is dead, start your way up the street and you will notice a gun fight going on. Go the right side of the street and follow the small side street there to an opening in a wall. Follow it and you will come across some more Freedom Fighters and health. If you don't have a full squad, you are going to want one. Grab the health and guns and make your way out of the building to where the battle is raging. You will see a few wounded guys all over the place. Heal what you can and get yourself up to a machine gun placement and start wiping out soviets. Kill as many as you can on the ground and when the battle gets quieter head back down and heal your fallen.

Get them to follow you as you clean up the remaining soldiers here and grab the health from the structures in the middle of the area. At the north side of the courtyard is the movie theatre and an open door on the left (west). Make your way in and soon enough you will be in a movie theatre will a lot of Russians. Mow them all down make your way out the door on the far wall which will lead to the lobby. There aren't too many enemies in here but there are quite a few health and weapon stashes on the green control panel structures (I don't know what they are called). Grab what you can and then make your way to the door on the far left from where you exited the theatre from that leads to a stair case. Make your way up and down the hallway. When you reach the projection room, there will be a metal staircase in the corner leading up. Follow it and you will eventually find yourself on the roof. Send your squad out in front of you to draw the fire and run out guns blazing to get the soviets while they aren't looking. Make your way around the left side of the roof killing the soldiers as they appear until you finally reach the flag in the corner. Watch for the soviet on the ledge behind the flag. He is hard to see and will start shooting at you as you approach. Hoist the flag and finish the mission.

Manhattan: Power Plant
As you enter the mission, you will hear a lot of fighting going on at the end of the street. Make your way there and you will see some freedom fighters battling it out with soviets to the right. Grab a recruit or two and make your way to the truck that is at the end of the street (north) you just ran up. Hop on the front of the truck and then up and over to the building where another recruit is. Follow the corridor on the left side of the building and you will run into a few Russians. Kill them and when you reach the end of the walkway there is a winding set of stairs to go down. Seems there are also a line of soviets coming up though. Roll down some grenades and blow up what you can. Be careful of the machine gunner on the left at the top of the hill. He hurts you plenty if he catches you. Make your way down the stairs and kill the few remaining stragglers. Now you can return to the big crater in the road where the fighters were and recruit a full squad to take with you.

Head back to the winding stairs you just climbed down and on the other side of the street (south) across from them is an alleyway with two wounded soldiers. Heal them and go left down the alley to reach a manhole cover. Pop it open and save your game. Clear out the soviets at the end of the alley and make your way up the box and air vent to the street above. Walk through the hole in the fence, go left and be prepared for a small fire fight here. There are about 5 soviets at the far end of the street to take out. Send the squad down there while you go to the right and grab some health from behind the ambulance that is behind the wall. When you have it, head under the bridge and take out the few soldiers in there. Make your way up the slope to exit from under the bridge and there will be a group of freedom fighters there along with a kid. Talk to the kid and he will say that blowing the power lines in the back will have the same affect as blowing up the plant.

Use the manhole cover to the left of the ramp you walked up from under the bridge to save your game. Next make your way over into the building on the right with the small doorway opening. Up top on the broken floor is a sniper. Toss up a grenade and make him go blammo. On the right side (south) of the room is some broken walls and rubble that you can climb up to the second floor. Do so and you can grab the sniper rifle to pick off some of the soldiers in the field to the right. When you have had enough, hop down through the window and clear the area out. Place the c4 charge under the power line structure and high tail it towards the fence gate. Head through and start to mow down the soviets that show up on the street. If a personnel truck shows up while you are near the open wall at the end of the street, wait and kill all the soldiers that pile out of it. There are a lot of them in there. You'd think it was a clown car. When they are dead, head through the opening in the wall and make a right.

Continue along the street shooting and killing everyone you come across. You will run into a fellow who needs healing but it's up to you. When you get past the first major blockade in the road, the crater after it has a Soviet with a rocket launcher. He not harder to kill but it is surprising to see a rocket come flying at you. Kill him and take the RPG if you like. Continue along the street until you come to a section of fence on top of the right side wall that is torn down. It is kind of hard to see but there you can hop over the wall and make your way to the power station. Enter the area in front of the power plant building and there will be quite a few soldiers milling about, not to mention more personnel trucks coming and going. Make your way to the right and head down the passageway there.

Use the sewer to save and head inside the open door to the building. Head left when you enter and take out a few soldiers there for some health and a rocket launcher. Head back down the other way and follow the hallway around until you come out to the generator area. There are quite a few enemies in here that the rocket launcher helps with. Use it to take out the stationary machine gun high up at the far end and on either side. Switch back to an assault rifle so that you and your squad can clean up the remaining baddies. When you are clear of enemies, head through the door at the far end on the left. Make your way up the stairs and if you used the rocket launcher on the machine gunner when you first entered this area then there shouldn't be hardly any resistance at all on the way to the roof. When you reach the roof, head over to the flag and hoist it up.

Manhattan: Warehouse District
When you start the mission, Isabella tells you that many of the Soviet elite are in the district so it will be heavily fortified. Super. When you start the mission, grab all the recruitments you can from around you and make your way over the bridge to the right, (north) taking out all the Russians on the other side. When everyone is clear, place the c4 on the bridge and blow it up. Run to the left (west) down the street and around the corner, north and then west again until you come to a small area with some green crates and a few Russians on the right. In here is where the prisoners are being kept. To the left of the caged in prisoners is a sewer cover behind the green boxes. Pop it open and save your game. Also there is a bright red light on the box beside the sewer cover. This is the generator that is running electricity through to the gate on the prisoners pen.

If you don't blow this up with c4 and try to open the gate, you will be shocked almost to near death. Hence the electrical signs on the fence. Blow the generator and then open the gate. Go inside and talk to the prisoners and lead then around the green crate to the sewer hole. As each one jumps in you get 15 charisma points. Now you need to head all the way back to near the first bridge you blew up and make your way to the second bridge. When you get back to the first bridge, climb the stairs that lead up to the subway tracks high above you. When you get up there, kill the guards and follow the tracks to the left (north) to an apartment building where you can hop inside the window. Follow the hallway around and kill the sniper in here. Use his gun to kill the machine gunners down below and anyone else hanging around. When they are dead, make your way down the stairs and out the front door.

Continue going straight and finish off and Russians you come across. You will pass the Warehouse on the right but ignore it for now. Go straight until you come to the street. Make a left and the second bridge will be right there. Set the c4 and high tail it out of there. Make your way back to the warehouse you had passed just a few minutes ago. The area in front of the warehouse will have a bit of soldier traffic in front of it but nothing that you can't handle. When you enter the door way, that's when things get a little tricky. Clear out the soldiers on the ground and try to get up the ramp to clear out the second floor soldier as fast as you can. When they are toast, make your way to the other side and up the stair case leading to the roof. When you reach the roof, there will be a small skirmish that is easily over come. Hoist the flag and you are the man!

Level Four
Desperate Revenge
Talk to Isabella and Mr. Jones about the next mission. They tell you that the sniper rifle is in the weapons room for you to take but you don't need to bother with it. Grab a machine gun instead and head for the island

Governors Island Naval Base
For this mission Mr. Jones and Isabella said that it would be a stealth mission and you need to only bring your sniper rifle. Pfffft. Screw that. Grab an assault rifle and make your way to the island. When you are there and at your boat, take a look to the right (southwest) and you will see two large towers that are like green buildings in the sky. That is where you are to get yourself to, to assassinate Tatarin. Now make your way up the stairs in front of you and take out the three guards that are on your right. Make your way around the left of the walkway and stop when you can see the island. The walk way leading from the building to the main island is covered by a sniper so keep your self hidden on the left side of the crates to not get hit. Make your way forward and take out the soviets along the way. Keep staying left and you will come to a large group of Russians all gathered together.

Take them all out and head right. It can be a pretty bad fight if you aren't careful. Make sure to use a health kit if need be. Make your way around the crates. Now you can use stealth to sneak up on enemies and then bash them in the head from behind with your gun or the pipe wrench that you always seem to carry for some reason, if they don't notice you. Keep heading west until you come to a wall. Hop on a box and then climb up and over the wall. To the right will be three guards watching a fence. Kill them and then save at the sewer right under your feet. Keep heading the way you were going (west) and you will have a choice of continuing to go west or you can go right (north) in between the building. If you continue to go west you will grab some health kits but you will also run into quite a few more guards and a machine gun stand. Take the right between the buildings (north) and take out the few guards here. Make your way down the stairs and there will be another sewer hole to the left of the stairs at the bottom to save at. Here there are a lot of green boxes that you will need to stay behind since those towers are very close and the snipers are watching. Climb up the ramp to the top of the green metal lookout that is at the far end of the dock.

There will be a guard in it looking out to the ocean. Kill him and grab his sniper rifle. Head back down the ramp before the snipers in the towers get you. When you are back on the ground, take out each sniper in each tower. Don't stay out in the open too long. Shoot and hide and repeat. They do some heavy damage to you if they catch you just right. In the left tower there is one sniper and the right tower there are two. When they are dealt with, run your little booty over to the right most tower and climb the ladder up. Pick up the sniper rifles and start scoping out for Tatarin. If you look down you will see a gathering of a lot of soldiers and a spot light shining straight into the air. Take a look up and to the left and you will see Tatarin on his balcony looking at the soldiers. Pop a cap in his head and then climb down the ladder quickly. When you reach the bottom, jump in the ocean and swim back over to where you boat was. Jump on your boat and the mission is over.

Level Five
Rebel Base
Oooh things are heating up. This is one tough level since there are no save points anywhere long the way. It can equally be a as much of a pain in the ass as it is difficult.

Sewers Rebel Base
Take out the soldiers on the far side of the room by the tunnel opening. When they are dead, hop down and make your way across the debris in the water and climb up to the other side and make your way down the tunnel. At the end of this first tunnel there are some crates and boxes you can climb up to grab some health packs. Make your way back down and continue through the tunnels as they twist and turn. When you come to the large room with a walkway leading left and a section of water in the middle and a walkway on the other side, clear the left side out of enemies and then make your way up the ladder that is in the middle of the walkway. When you reach the top there are two tunnels that you can take into another room.

The room contains a few tough guys but it also hold a lot of health packs that you probably need by now. Clear out the room with grenades and gun fire and grab the goods. Make your way back down the ladder and to the far left of the walk way. Start pegging off any soldiers on the far side that you can. If you start to run out of ammo, swim over to the catwalk jump up on it and start tossing grenades to finish off the rest of the soldiers. Head down the tunnel entrance and follow it as it takes you through a few rooms and then too some more winding tunnels that lead farther down. Eventually you will come to a room that has a pipe in the middle. Hop down off the fencing and take out the guards in this room. Make your way down the tunnel entrance which is just to the right of the large pipe in the centre of the room. Keep following this tunnel until you come to a room with a set of stairs leading up to another room with a group of soldiers standing around.

Toss a grenade in there to frag them all at once. In the next room to the left is one hell of a tough guy. He is a thick armored and heavy machine gun carrying badass. You need to toss a grenade in to kill him since your bullets just bounce off his armor. You can either kill him with the grenade or kill everyone else in there and then run in and bash him with your pipe. Either way works. When you kill him, grab his machine gun for some heavy duty fire power. Head into the next room and there will be another one of them at the far end behind some boxes. Keep the boxes between him and you as you take out the rest of the guards in here. There is a room to the right that has a lot of soviets in it, but you can avoid going in there since it leads nowhere. Take out the guards in this room and then the large machine gun fellow with a grenade. When they are all dead continue to the end of the room. There will be one or two more soldiers around the corner. Take them out and hop up on the ledge at the right side of the room. Follow the walkway to the end and go left to where the kid and Bagzton are. Walk up to them and the mission ends.

Level Six
Winter Revolt
Bagz is all ready to tear crap up with you so as he is checking his gear, take a look at the map and see the objectives. There are two missions for this level, the high school and the TV station neither of which is very difficult at all.

Manhattan: High School
Well whenever you see a helipad on a mission, it's usually a good idea to tackle it first. When you start the mission, grab the closest recruits and head to the south wall to see a vent sticking out of it on the left side. The snow makes things hard to see on this level but its there trust me. Climb up the vents and up onto the air ducts and into the window on the left. Enter the building and follow the stairs down to find even more recruits. Grab' em if you can take them and make your way out side. As you enter the courtyard area outside it will lead to a pretty large battle. Start killing every one in sight and creep around to find those tricky little Soviets that like to hide behind crates. When all is quiet, head to the right (south) and watch out for the machine gun stands there. Either lure the operators away or grenade them and then make your way around the right side of the building. Head inside the doorway and clear out the room of Russian soldiers.

Make your way to the back door which will lead you to the helipad area. Again, take up arms and clear out the area of people trying to split your wig as you place the c4 charge on the helipad. When it is set, run your butt away from it as it explodes. Now that that is taken care of, head back to the main courtyard you first entered when you exited the building and keep moving north until you can't go any farther. Hang a right turn towards the large fire and prepare for another shoot out. Kill everyone in sight and make your way forward and to the left. You can go either left or right, but the prisoners are closer to the left way. Follow the street up and open the sewer cover and save. Continue past the sewer and there will be a group of Soviets to take out in a tunnel. Wipe them out and then drop down on to the street. This can be one big fire fight and there aren't too many tricks involved other than not dying. Move towards the prison fencing but don't open it. It is electrified like the previous one. The generator is on the wall to the left of the prison. Blow it and then open the gate to free the prisoners.

Unfortunately the sewer that we need to get to, to drop off the prisoners isn't accessible anymore. We could go out it but not back into it since it was so high up. Now you need to high tail it back to the other sewer cover. Send the squad ahead to clear the path and you shouldn't have any troubles at all. Make the right turn down the street other sewer and open it up. After they have all jumped down, save the game and make your way back to the high school that was in the large yard to the right of the prisoners. Clear out the entrance and toss a grenade or two into the doorway to kill the super soldier machine gunner. When he is toast, grab his machine gun and go inside. Head up the stairs quickly to deal with the trouble makers upstairs shooting down at you. Grab the health and ammo and into the next room with is the gymnasium. The lower level is crawling with soviets so start pitching grenades down on them and have your team swarm down and attack.

Follow the catwalk around the room to the ramp down and help your team clear out the room. There are a few wounded soldiers in the southeast corner to fix up and a lot of ammo and medical supplies to grab. When you are ready to roll, go through the door on the south side of the room. Follow the stairs up and you will come out to a hallway. Send the team in ahead of you since this is one dozy of a fight. There is a super soldier machine gunner here and a nimble little person who bounces and jumps around like a ninja the classroom on the right. When they are all dead, hop out the window and walk along the ledge going to the right. Round the corner and when you get to the front of the school, hoist the flag and end the mission. Like I said, the snow makes things hard to see on this level, so be sure not to walk right pas the flag pole like I did more than a few times, since apparently I couldn't see the huge red flag right beside my head.

Manhattan: TV Station
From the start, grab your team of freedom fighters and make your way north until you come to a door way on the right that leads to St. John Subway station. Follow the stairs up to the top and take out the guards there. Make your way along the concourse and you can pick up some health and a sniper rifle. Use the rifle to pick off any unsuspecting Soviets down below, preferably machine gunners or soldiers that are hiding in their towers. Make your way to the subway tracks and start heading to the right (south). There will be a billboard that is knocked over there that you can use as a bridge to a rooftop across the street. Up here you will find another sniper rifle behind a billboard. Pick it up and start to snipe the soldiers in front of the TV station entrance. If you look at the TV station entrance and see the billboards of Tatarin, look higher and you will see a flag pole outside a broken window. That's your goal. Make your way down the opposite side of the building from where you got the sniper rifle using the air vents and be weary of soviets coming up.

When you reach the street, make your way around the right corner and down the street a bit to climb up the ramp to the top of the first green structure you come to. Up top will be a lot of health and a machine gun. Send the squad to clean up the remaining soldiers while you man the machine gun to help them out. When all is quiet, head for the alley way on the right side of the street (south) and follow it around the corner to the end. Save your game and grab some recruits if need be. Make your way back out the main street and head for the alley on the left side of the street (north) to enter the demolished apartment buildings. If you take a left from the alley way, you will come to a wounded person who needs help and gives you charisma. When you are done there, go to the right of the alley and there will be a soldier needing health and a RPG leaning against the wall. Around now you may start to hear a lot of booming. This is a not so friendly tank that has shown up in front of the TV station.

Grab the RPG and make your way through the apartment buildings to an open window. Be careful of the tank. When it shoots the buildings it can hurt you depending how close you are to where it hit. If it is hitting near you and you hear it start to move its gun, pop your head out and give it a rocket. The tank takes a few rockets to finally blow up and definitely takes a lot of patience.

Move from window to window if you get a little to antsy waiting. Once the tank is finally destroyed a few more soldiers will show up for the party. Take them out and enter the front entrance of the TV station. At the reception desk will be a heavy gunner handing out some hurt to you and your squad. Have the team rush him to take him out as the room fills up with soviets all around the balconies and walkways on each wall. Head for the stairs on the left side of the entrance (north) quickly and start your way along the walkways clearing them out. Walk to the end of the walkway to a set of stairs. Follow them all the way up until you can't go any higher.

Make your way around the walkway tot eh other side of the room and you will come to a heavy gunner. GEal with him and you will come to another set of stairs that will lead you to a control room that has a door at the back of it. Go in there to grab a lot of ammo and health kits.

Make your way back to the control room and continue down the hallway to the next set of stairs going up. Follow them up for awhile and you will come to an open door that leads to a large office room with a bunch of cubicles. In here will be another heavy machine gunner and a lot of soldiers. Wipe them all out and go through the office at the far end of the room on the right. The next room is one hell of a fire fight since you can't see anything except spinning red lights and gun fire and the siren blaring doesn't do much to help out either. Keep firing until everything and everyone stops moving including the heavy gunner who is hanging out at the far end of the room. Clear out the remaining soldiers and head up the stair case at the far end of the room on the right. Kill the few soldiers at the top and continue through the hallway. Make a left and clear out the few soldiers here as well. There is an open door in the next hallway to the left that leads to the main studio.

Send the squad in to clear the room out of soviets which include 2 Special Forces chicks and make your way over to the broken window. Hop up on the ledge and hoist the flag when all is nice and quiet.

Level Seven
On thin Ice

Governors Island: Boat Landing
When you start the mission a short scene plays out to show that you have dropped the c4. Well it seems you have dropped everything else as well. Grab what you can from in front of the boat wreckage and make your way around the right side of it. Hop over the water gap and make sure not to fall in. If you fall in the water here, you don't last too long and will be a Popsicle in no time. There is a guy in the tower who keep firing at you with a heavy machine gun and if you stay in the open too long he cuts you right up. Hide behind the helicopter wreckage and move forward to the boat wreckage to catch your breath. Next move to the left and hide behind another helicopter that has crashed into the ice. Keep moving along from wreckage to wreckage and since the water blocks your path their really is only one way to go. Head behind you to another piece of wreckage to hide behind and the make your way east where you will see a rocket launcher and a very large piece of debris.

Crouch down and load up the rocket launcher and take out the tower. When it blows sky high, make your way around the piece of wreckage and head for the base of the tower that you just blew up. Some soldiers will appear but they are no match for your American know how. Take them out and then head for the ladder on the wall. Climb up and head straight and then to the left and up the set of stairs there and you will see a truck which will have a sewer to the left of it. Open it and hop in to get back to the rebel base. Since we don't have any c4, this mission won't be completed until we get some.

Governors Island: Munitions Depot
When you go back to the rebel base in the sewer, look at the map and head for the munitions depot. As you can see on the map it has a nice juicy spot of c4 waiting to be picked. This can be really tough and will probably take more than a few tries to get though. Go north from the sewer where you entered and walk quietly. Around the first right corner is a heavy machine gunner walking back and forth. Toss a grenade at him to get his attention and then try to lure him back around the corner where you can wail on his head with the pipe wrench and not have to worry about the other soldiers shooting at you while you do it. After you beat him senseless, creep your way up the street. There will be a few soldiers at the far end on the left and a ninja stealth girl hopping around. Kill them all and then enter the explosives shack around the left corner. Grab the c4 and health packs and high tail it back to the sewer.

Governors Island: Boat Landing
Now that you are back on Governors Island, the real fun starts. Head back out along the ice floes to grab some recruits and take out the soldiers that reappear where they were the first time you went through. Make your way back up the ladder after you have grabbed them and head left up the stairs and continue going left until you reach a fence. Go through the doorway opposite from it and follow the stairs up. Kill the soviets inside and heal the wounded man in the hallway to the left. When the building is clear, go out the open door way on the top floor and go down the stairs that take you to the other side of the fence. Go to the left and start your way to the ventilation building.

Heal the fellow there and take out the few soldiers in front of the entrance. Enter and make your way around the hallway to get to the stairs. Go up them and take out the soldiers and ninja chicks. There will be a sniper at the top looking out the fan that you can kill and take his gun to do some sniper shooting of your own. When you are ready, lay down the c4 and blow the fan open. When you do, recruits rush in and will fill up your squad. Head back out to the walkway leading back to the mainland and there will be some soldiers waiting for you. Kill them and make your way to the left to find another sewer cover beside the truck. Quick save and enter the courtyard to the left and go up the stairs to find a machine gun stand and some health. Use the machine gun stand and send your squad into battle. There is a heavy machine gunner in the crowd below which may cause some trouble so try and nail him with the stationary machine gun.

When things look light enough, go down and clean up the leftovers. Hop over the wall at the end and clear out these soldiers as well. At the end of the walkway there is a house behind a fence that has a soldier on the balcony causing some mayhem, but your squad will more than likely take him out on their own. Grab the health off the crates to the right of the side alley on the right and then make your way around the corner. In front of you will be a set of stairs going down to an opening and a lot of soldiers in that opening. Clean house with your squad and only heavy gunner will give them any trouble. On the left side of the area is a stairwell. Head up it once you are enemy free and hoist the flag in the corner.

Governors Island: Munitions Depot
Now that you have already grabbed the c4 from this level, it isn't all that difficult to reach the flag point. Head south and keep going until you can go right. Turn right and keep running along this wall until you see a set of stairs on your left leading up to a building high above. You really do need to keep moving on this mission though since the helicopter is deadly when it starts firing on you. Head up there and take out the snipers inside. Grab the rifle and start picking off every one below. Send the squad down to help with the clean up effort. Snipe the machine gunners and the heavy duty guy if you can.

When you are out of ammo, go down there your self and there is an open door to a warehouse on the left and right. The one on the right will give health and the one on the left has a truck in the middle of it. Blow the truck up and enter the building. Once inside, grab the goods and heal the wounded and make your way out the small doorway on the right that will take you through a short hallway. Follow t and you will be in a fenced in area with a flag pole in the middle. Hoist the flag to complete the mission.

Governors Island: Artillery
For this mission you have quite a few objective but they really aren't that difficult. To blow the mortar cannons all you need to do is head west down the street and kill the guards hanging around. Each cannon has a heavy gunner walking around but if you send your squad after him he doesn't last to long. When the Soviets are dead, place a c4 charge at each cannon and watch them blow. When they are toast, make your way back to the sewer cover and save your game. This next part is quite the show down. Head south a little bit and enter the opening between two buildings on the left. Keep heading straight down the street taking out every soldier that pops his ruskie head out. You will go past the flag but that is fine, you can't reach it yet. You will be returning to it shortly. Continue to the end of the street killing everything in sight and turn right.

Make your way down the street until you come to a large building on the right side corner of the street. There will be a few soldiers on top firing down at you. Enter the building by using the stairs on the side of it and in the first room will be a lot of Soviets hanging around. Wipe them all out and make your way down the left side of the building towards two open doors. In one of them will be a wounded person and the next a few health packs.

Beside the pop machine and across from the door with the wounded person is a hallway that leads to a staircase. Follow it up and it will take you to the helipad on the roof. Clear out the Russians up here and place your charges. Once it has blown, make your way back down to the large room on the first floor and take the stair case on the left side of the room across from where you first entered. Follow the staircase outside and swing around to the left. Walk down the walkway to the metal ramp leading up into the building on the right. When you enter there will be a few soldiers on each side firing at you.

Clear out the bad guys on the side you are on first and then head down the stairs to the left of where you entered and up the other side to take out the remaining soldiers there. Go through the open door on the left and follow the ramp down to the ground. Make your way through the open fence and across the street where a large number of Soviets are waiting for you behind barricades. Send your death squad after them and keep them covered. When the enemies are toast enter the warehouse on the right that they were sitting in front of. Inside here will be a heavy gunner and a lot more soldiers. Have the squad attack everyone and bash the heavy gunner with your pipe wrench. When the bottom floor is clear, run up the stairs to the second floor. Kill the few remaining soldiers here and exit through the open door to the flag pole. Hoist the stars and stripes and end the mission.

Governors Island: Docks
Go south down the street and watch for Soviets on either side of the street. To cover your approach use the trench on the left side and creep up the soviets hanging around at the end. Hop up and wipe them out and the heavy gunner who is there as well. Kill him and take his gun along with the rest of the goodies lying around. Now that you are at a dead end there is hole in the wall on the west side of the street that you can climb into using the air vents to jump up on. Do so and clean out the room below of enemies. When all is clear, you can heal the two wounded in the right far corner. Grab two medical packs from the top of the stairs where you entered to make up for the two packs you just used. Make your way out the open door on the left and follow the street to the left and around the right corner. There are quite a few Soviets here along with gun placements and machine gun stands. Take them all out and grab the goods in the fenced in area on the right.

After everyone is on the ground, the fence on the other side of the fenced area will be open and you can go through now to the helicopter pad. A few Russians will attack you as you enter but you are a tough guy and can take them all down. Ok, not really. Get your team to attack everything that moves while you hide behind a crate. When all is quiet, place your charges on the pad and watch it go boom.

Now that the pad is destroyed, the gate on the far right side (east) of the area is open and few more soldiers want to say hello. Go through the next gate fence and you will be in an area of a lot of big metal crates. Run forward staying to the left of the metal crates. Some baddies will be shooting at you from in between the containers so turn and kill when you hear them. When you reach the end of the containers, make a right and head up the set of stairs there that lead to an office at the top. Kill the occupant and grab the sniper rifle.

Down below will be a swarm of about 5 soldiers rushing towards the bottom of the stairs. You can send your squad down to take care of them and keep an eye out for a heavy gunner who will be joining them soon. When he and his friend show up, take them both out and make a jump from where you are to the top of the containers to the right. When you jump to the right, make your way forward (south) and jump from container to container until you reach the end. The door on the warehouse will be open and there should be a group of soldiers standing in front of it. Toss a grenade and you should be able to clear them all out pretty good.

When there are no more enemies in sight, back track over one container and then hop down to the crate beside it which is much lower. From here you can hop down on the ground and make your way into the warehouse you were just clearing the doorway of. Grab the goods and kill the few Russians inside. Make your way back out and keep to the left (west) wall to reach another open door. Send the squad in to clear the room out and enter yourself when you feel like it. Make your way up the stairs and kill anyone who is left. Walk along the catwalk to the open door and send your squad outside first. There is a heavy gunner waiting out there for you and while your team distracts him, you can use the good old pipe wrench on his melon a few times to kill him. Once he is dead, hoist the flag and complete the mission.

Governors Island: Fort Jay
For this final mission, you need to raise 4 flags and rescue Isabella from the pesky Russians. It sounds daunting doesn't it? It's rather long, but all in all is pretty easy. From the start head west and hop in the trench and follow it along north and west as it leads you closer to the fort. When the trench starts to turn to the south away from the fort, hop out and make your way to the barricades that hold machine gun stands on each side of the entrance.

The whole area is one giant battlefield and there are more then enough Russians to fight as you make your way up. Watch you back as well as some will come from behind. When you finally get clear and make it to the entrance of the fort, there will be opening on the left and right as you take a few steps in. Each of these rooms holds a heavy gunner that was chopping you up earlier. Enter each room one at a time and kill them. From here you are to enter the fort through the middle doorway.

Go up the stairs and make a left into the pipe lined hallway. Follow it and it will take you to a split hallway that goes right and left but is just a circle with a room in the center. Make your way left and clear out the soldiers as well as all the ones gathered in the room. Continue to follow the hallway as you go down and then up a set of stairs. When you reach the top you will be at another hallway identical to the one you were just in.

Repeat the same thing and keep going down the hall. Head down the stairs and go to the right into another hallway when you get outside. Continue along this hallway and it will take you outside again as you walk down the left side of the fort wall. Be careful as you go forward as there are soldiers hiding behind the sections of wall that protrude outwards. Keep going around the corner and back inside the fort to follow another short hallway. When you exit the hall, go left and make your way up the ramp to a large room where Isabella is being kept. Walk into her cell since it is open and talk to her.

When you are done, head back down the ramp and go straight up the stairs in front of you. Go up the stairs and make your way to the right and you will find the first flag to raise. Clear out all the Russian soldiers to be sure you can hoist it safely and then make your way in to the hallway on the left (south) with the spinning red lights. Follow the stairs down and make a left into the computer room there.

Kill the soldiers there and go right and down the stairs to another computer room. Kill a few more soldiers in here and head up the stairs on the right wall. Keep follow them up until you come out into a hallway. Here you can go left or right. Going right leads to a dead end but you can grab some health from the room. Make you way left and go through to the end of the room. Go left, and then follow it around until you reach a doorway to get outside. Take out the soldiers in the courtyard here and enter the doorway on the far side.

Enter the building and make a right at the pop machines. Go through the room follow it until you come to a set of stairs leading down on your right. Follow the stairs down and you will come to another computer room. Kill the soviets hanging around and continue to the next set of stairs going up into another, longer computer room. Exit through the door on the left with a spinning red light and this will take you to the last three flags. In the hallway will be a staircase on the left and right.

Go to the right first and you will come up the stairs to another flag platform. Take out the soldiers in the open and those that are hiding behind the crates. When the coat is clear, hoist the flag and give it a salute. Next up, make your way to the walkway to the right (west) of the flag you just hoisted and go down and then up a set of stairs that will bring you to another flag platform. Repeat what you just did by clearing it out of enemies and hoisting your third flag. Make your way back down and up the stairs and go to the left and down and up the stairs again to the 4th and final flag platform. Clear the platform out of evil Russians and the flag is yours to hoist. Go for it and the mission is finally complete.

Congratulations Freedom Fighter! You've beaten those pesky Russians until the next game!

Bonus Level
Liberty Island: Liberty Island
After you have completed the game on either the hardest level, Revolutionary or second hardest level, Freedom Fighter, and then you will be allowed to play this extra level which takes place on Liberty Island. This level takes place on Ellis Island where the statue of liberty is located and has a huge battle between the Freedom Fighters and the Soviets. There is no map and the route to the end is pretty straight forward but not easy by any means. It is actually pretty difficult and takes a long time to get to move forward. You start with no weapons or map and the battle is already being fought as the mission starts.

There is a small building in front of you that has doors on the left and right side that you can enter and use for cover and to get some health and weapons while the freedom fighters and soviets battle it out. When the first wave of battle is over, recruit the fighters and make your way forward and to the right. Make your way up the tablet that the statue of liberty holds with the large roman numerals as soviets are rushing down it to get you. Send the squad up to get them while you keep yourself healed and ready.

When you get to the top of the tablet, you can look down and see the statues head and torch. Make your way to the left and grab the rocket launcher that is lying there. Look down to the open area below you. The will be a large battle taking place and you can send your squad down to help out. Around now you should try to find some cover since the helicopter gunship will be flying around causing trouble. When it is visible, nail it with the RPG and it won't be a nuisance anymore and will save a headache later on. Recruit some more troops here if you like after the Soviets are dead and try to grab as many health packs as you can. Next stop is the torch. As you head towards the base of it, another rush of Soviets will join in the fight. This time around there is three heavy gunners and a few Special Forces ninja chicks that are damn tough. Stay back and the freedom fighters do their thing. When the first bunch of soldiers are dead, another group will attack.

When all is quiet once again, chances are most of your squad will be dead. Grab some new recruits and add them to your squad instead of healing the wounded. Save the health packs for yourself. Make your way up the slope that the large tree that is leaning against leading up to the torch and be careful. There are two heavy gunners up here. The one on the left has a machine gun and the one on the right has a shotgun which does incredible damage. I still had a rocket left in my rocket launcher, so I used that against the machine gunner. For the heavy shot gunner soviet I sent my entire squad up after him. He pretty much killed them all except one or two. He really is one tough cookie.

After he is dead make your way up to where they were and enter the torch through the opening at the right most end of the walkway. Incase you didn't notice the giant writing; this is the end of the game. Walk towards the blackness and once again, congratulations on a job well done! Now Americans are free to live in peace...or are they?
