AirForce Delta Strike ships to retailers

Konami Digital Entertainment America announced today that it has shipped AirForce Delta Strike for the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system. AirForce Delta Strike features 60 squad-based missions on Earth and outer space, along with 20 unique anime characters who can pilot well over 100 different types of aircraft.

Some planes range from old World War II aircraft to modern day stealth fighters. Each plane, which can be sold or purchased as players progress through the game, can be outfitted with new weapons.

AirForce Delta Strike has been rated "T" for Teen, and it will carry a SRP of $39.99.
